Through a program of conferences and meetings, this space invites you to understand the often invisible connections between humans and horses: stress management, clarity of intentions, working conditions, daily routine, and the quality of the relationship. All these factors directly influence a horse’s behavior, responsiveness, and performance.
By bringing together the perspectives of professionals in the field and experts, the Village highlights concrete approaches to move towards a more coherent approach to riding, where caring for the human becomes a way to better care for the horse.

At the heart of this approach, the Occupational Health and Safety department brings together a multidisciplinary team (occupational physicians, nurses, prevention advisors) to support professionals in their prevention efforts throughout their working lives—from the design of facilities or buildings at the time of setup, to comprehensive analyses of work situations, and guidance following occupational illnesses or workplace accidents.
Handling horses, falls, manual handling, physical, psychological, and organizational constraints: risks are numerous within the industry. The MSA acts by observing real working conditions and co-constructing, alongside professionals, simple, effective, and sustainable solutions—while fully integrating broader societal transitions (animal welfare, human–animal relationships, environmental challenges).
